1. Offers
<\/strong>All offers are subject to change. An order is only considered accepted when it has been confirmed in writing. Verbal agreements require written confirmation.<\/p>

2. Delivery time
<\/strong>The stated delivery times are not binding. The delivery time begins as soon as all details have been clarified and both parties agree to all terms of the order. We endeavour to meet our delivery times in all cases. In the event of force majeure or operational disruptions, we are entitled to wholly or partially cancel our delivery obligations. Penalties for delay or other claims for compensation are excluded.<\/p>

3. Payment terms
<\/strong>Payable within 10 days with 2% discount or within 30 days after date of invoice strictly net.<\/p>

4. Shipping
<\/strong>Shipping is at the cost and risk of the recipient.<\/p>

5. Complaints
<\/strong>Complaints can only be considered if they are made within 8 days of receipt of the goods. In the event of justified complaints, we will rework the work we have carried out free of charge. Further claims cannot be asserted.<\/p>

6. Reservation of title
<\/strong>The goods remain our property until full payment has been received. Bills of exchange and cheques are only considered as payment after they have been cashed.<\/p>

7. Place of fulfilment and court of jurisdiction
<\/strong>The place of fulfilment for delivery and payment is Waiblingen \u2013 court of jurisdiction Waiblingen.<\/p>
